Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
can be made by telephone, fax or e-mail but must be confirmed
in writing. Nothing will be charged before 29th February
2004.
A 20% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations
received during March 01 - March 15, 2004. No refund will
be made for cancellations after March 15, 2004. Refunds
will be sent only after the conference is completed. Substitutions
are welcome at any time, but details must be given in writing. |
